My name is Muhammad Hassan and I am a certified chef from Punjab, Pakistan. Baking is not a job for me, but my passion and I do it with all my heart.

Professional Industry Experience

After getting my diploma and certificates, I worked as a bakery chef for a year at Cake's and Bakes, a very famous bakery chain in Lahore. Then after that I worked as a fast food chef at Jalal Sons Bakery and I got to learn a lot from there.

 

Why I Created Pro Pastry

My goal in creating this Pro Pastry website is to help those who are frustrated by baking problems and think that baking is not their thing. With the help of my experience and baking science, I will give you the causes of baking problems and their perfect solution so that you can easily bake perfectly at home or on a commercial level.
